Outstanding hotel, staff, and location. It is close to all the landmark locations of Tampa. Everyone from the front reception to the valet parking crew were professional and on top of their game. Look no further than this hotel.

I'll never book the Hyatt Tampa again. Things come up and unfortunatejt I had to cancel my stay. To refuse to give me a refund or a credit was rude and ungrateful without considering my future with them. Well you made your decision so I'll stick by mine. Never again.

The problem we had was there was a motion detector switch near the pullout couch area and when the person sleeping on the couch moved the lights would turn on waking us all up. There was no way to turn it off and we got no sleep that night. $45 dollars for parking was a bit to much.

The hotel description speaks of outdoor pool. We went early thinking we'd spend the day at the pool then go to our concert. What they don't say is there is literally an hour at best of sunshine due to the surrounding taller buildings. Hotel was fine but don't go there for the pool!!!
