Stay away from this place. I checked in to three different rooms because the first bathroom was leaking, there was water all over the floor when I entered, the floor was dirty, the pillows had dirt and stain on them. The second bathroom was so dirty with urine stains on the toilet seat, when I asked the front desk employee to get someone to clean it, he told me to clean it myself. Third room was also dirty, furnitures and the walls are so old and everything is falling apart and smells so bad. Staffs were so rude. The pictures of the rooms that are posted on the website are misleading, they don’t look like that in real life. I checked in at midnight and checked out in the morning. The worst hotel ever.

This is a low grills property with a fantastic staff, spotless rooms and comfy beds. Could not ask for anything more. So glad I chose this property in my travels!

Always a great choice. Staff is AMAZING. Rooms are nice & comfy. Lots of hot water. And they are very helpful with making sure the room meets our accessibility needs. Will ALWAYS stay here if in Syracuse.

I stayed at the Syracuse Inn 2+ yrs ago, when they first took over the Super 8 & doing a lot of construction. I thought it was in good shape for doing all of the work, but I had a cockroach in my room & I was a little upset. So, I've stayed in Syracuse a dozen times in the last 2 years, each time passing on staying at the Syracuse Inn. This time, I said its been 2 yrs & I only needed one quick night, so I booked the Syr. Inn. I was there 45 mins when a small cockroach came out from under the desk. I was upset - could not believe it, and then I killed the bug. Middle of the night, I got up to use the bathroom and another cockroach was near the desk. It quickly went under & I couldn't believe it. Also, the bathroom had a huge puddle in the middle of the floor from a ceiling leak and the shower floor was pretty gross. Towels ALL had some sort of stain on them too.

This hotel not only couldnt find my hotel reservations that I pre paid but I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night and didnt even offer us another room and we are from outta town not only did I not get my money back but what if thats all I had I coulda been homeless for the weekend in the cold with my husband but I dont play that 0 stars

The place was extremely run down. Almost walked out but it was late at night when I checked in. Holes in bed sheets, cracks in the walls and ceiling, hole in the door, tub was dirty, appliances looked beat up. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
