The first room was immaculate, until I turned on the light in the bathroom. The tub was dirtied with hair and other particles, so the wonderful staff switched my room. The second room was very clean, except for an odd stain on the wall, and the fitted sheet on the bed was inside out. The staff at the front desk was lovely, and the driver of the airport shuttle was also very friendly. While I would expect a more seamless check in in the future as well as a clean room from top to bottom, I was still happy with my experience and would stay at the hotel again.

Terrible nights sleep. Room 350. Right off the elevator, 3rd floor, there was literally a streetlight outside the window that I could have reached out and touched, another parking lot light another stones throw away, this room was 10 paces from the elevator and elevator ducting. The room was also above an exterior entrance. It actually felt like I was sleeping at a rest stop. I have had better sleeps at a rest stop. Why was I given this room without a discount or explanation?
