Parking lot was clean. But trash bags piled up in front of room doors. When i pulled in and parked front of building trash bags from doordash in front of door Piling up , still there the next morning. In my room 311 hairs in the bed . The shower curtain had something red on it top right corner on the inside. The counter had something sticky on it. The couch had dark stains on it, i flipped it over and white stains there too ! Was not happy about that. The guy down at office wasn't that helpful!! I do lot of traveling WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL !

Check in was horrible they tried charging me for the room again said my card declined then said a card number ending in a number of a card I didn't even own. Wasn't even gonna check me in said call Expedia with a attitude until I showed my credit card receipt and Expedia confirmation then she told me later on everything is all set after she called someone on the phone. Then the first room she checked me in 305 heater didn't work was freezing in room, tv didn't work not even a remote the shelf to hang clothes was hanging off wall so went to get a new room and omg the next room was even worse was so filthy hair all over shower, mold in coffee maker, tub was so filthy broken iron thank God tv. Worked And bed was clean cause that's where I stayed the hole time everything I touched was so sticky that I had to wash my hands everytime I did touch anything I'm glad this was for one night as I was having surgery the next morning and didn't have time to argue and find another place I booked a week in advance not to have this issue also this hotel is so unsafe as it is a lot of people on drugs found a crack pipe on floor in the stairwell had to call police because people where next to my car smoking crack wasn't a pleasant stay before surgery. I would never in my life stay here again I know they say get what you pay for but this was just horrible an I have stayed in some bad places and never complain but this definitely topped them all. I'm really disappointed how they are running this

Parking was fine. Room was freezing heater was broke. The sofabed has all kinda of dirt food and crumbs inside so we obviously couldnt use it. The toilet spun around on tje floor. There was old food under the beds. The shower was disgusting so we disnt use that either

Who are surprised we had rented over I’m sorryP put it back in the guy standing, but we were using Room tonight so now we’re like stuck in limbo with no place to stay. We know the bank said to call you guys back because a verification or a verification hold is just a why he didn’t tell us that because we asked him specifically and he said no it’s not it’s not it’s just gonna hold it until you until you check out sohold and they didn’t hold it. They just withdrew it from my wow that’s we did and then Well we asked him and he told us that it wasn’t going to take it out because of this reason and then this morning, he said no I put it back. It’s in your account so I called the bank bank said that they only have it. It got withdrawn today and it they don’t see anything even coming in

Outdated and dirty. Sheets weren't cleaned. Found and killed several roaches. Staff were polite but seemed over it. They're tired of having to explain the subpar conditions. I stayed here because every decent hotel in the area was booked. I will not stay her again.
