This hotel fit our needs for a quick stay overnight. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

This property was subpar. Beds very very soft and warn, heater in room very loud, toilet filling and emptying all night, smoke alarm blinking a bright light all night, traffic noise constantly. The breakfast looked completely inedible, did not even attempt. If you are looking for a quick overnight stay and noise and super warn beds don’t bother you, than you’ll be fine.

Well-renovated two-story motel in tired neighborhood in Syracuse city featured welcoming/courteous reception staff, an absolutely clean/comfy room, and reasonable fee. Unfortunate crack in newish step-in shower floor didn’t deter our stay, but needs repair. Comfortable bed, responsive HVAC. Convenient access from highways. Quiet area. Exterior needs refreshing upgrade to match the excellent interior upgrade.

The property is in an excellent location, between the airport and Syracuse University. It took us about the same amount of time to get everywhere we needed to go. Rideshares found it easily. Unfortunately, other guests were loud in the afternoon and late into the evening. Smoke seeped into our room from whatever neighbors were smoking various substances. Make sure you note 454 JAMES, not E James. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room was a bit small but it worked for us.
