"Well, when I checked in, she said the computer system was down and the room that I reserved was no longer available, which was a queen I ended up getting a king and my daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed and that pissed me off and she also told me that my first night I wouldn’t have to pay for and she also told me that my second night I won’t have to pay for and they ended up charging my card anyway"
