The best thing: Was the check in ladies. They were very polite and helpful. I booked two rooms unfortunately the rooms were on two different floors. I asked if they could move one room to the floor I was on and the ladies made it happen. The so-so thing: the room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. The not so good thing: The heat/ac unit in the room was loud and was bowing cool air despite having it set to heat and on 72°. One night it made a thump noise and just stopped. I told onebof the night guys and he said he will let someone know. Another thing was the shower curtain in the slippery tub did not go down far enough which caused the water to soak the bathroom floor. I was also disappointed that there was no hot tub like the website said. That is the reason i booked this hotel. Oh well.

Breakfast was great! Everything was very clean. Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Only two complaints 1. The hot tub is permanently out of service. (But the pool is nice and warm) 2. The TVs don't have Netflix or YouTube or the capabilities to connect to them, only a few basic cable channels. But the rate is one of the best in the area.

The hot tub pictured was not in working condition and shut down permanently with no warning. Also, the thermostat in the room was set on 55. It took the room 4.5 hours to get to 67 degrees with the staff members knowing we were coming in advance. We had two kids traveling with us who were excited about an indoor pool. The pool room was cold/no heat on the pool room. This was the whole reason we chose this location. If it wasn’t going to cost us a fee, we would have cancelled our reservations when we checked in.

The entire stay was great. The room was good, service was good, enjoyed the staff interaction and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Great nutrition choices. Only negative of the entire stay was the cable television channel capabilities-not adequate.

Staff.....tried checking in at 2:30 made prior arrangements. Lady at the front desk was not willing to honor the agreement of early check-in because I had broken pipes in my home area of Virginia and had a business meeting in town and needed to take a shower. I am a regular visitor at this hotel. I was so upset I ended up going to a hotel that would except me in time to shower before my meeting. The breakfast is always great! We always plan to leave and go through a drive thru but we always end up staying because it’s so good! The cinnamon rolls are so good, my husband and son love them! And there was also a muffin I could eat since I have a dairy and soy allergy! The fresh fruit is always great too! Thank you!

Room was great. Staff would not let us check in at 2:30 even though the hotel looked empty and the staff person was sitting at a table eating (i.e. not busy at all) when we arrived. I understand that is the policy but it would’ve been nice if she could’ve just checked to see if our room was ready. Pool area was freezing and hot tub was broken. The room itself was fine though.
