Not happy with our stay. It took overnight for the dampness in our room to disappear after running the air conditioning unit non stop. Most of the lights on the unit didn’t work so couldn’t tell if it was set correctly. No hooks at all in the bathroom and no toilet paper holder. Like no one cares about the place. That’s fine if you’re paying $95 a night but not for $235 a night. Never staying here again and do not recommend.

We stayed here for a few days and it was a great experience. The property was well kept inside and out. Our room was clean and stocked with the basics. The staff was always friendly. Breakfast was simple but perfect for an early morning. The waffle maker is awesome. We had the pool to ourselves and it backs onto beautiful tall trees that started to turn fall colours. The location is right next to the main road an a gas station for quick drinks and snacks if needed.

Room smelled terribly musty and carpet felt wet. We had 4 people staying and only 3 pillows, two of which were small (think throw pillows). Asked the desk for pillows and they said there weren't any because the hotel was fully sold out. Had to use a rolled up blanket as a pillow. No body wash in shower dispenser. Overall, super disappointing stay.

Nice quiet area no traffic noise and even though the hotel was packed there was no noise from the rooms beside or above. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The Microtel was convenient and well-priced, but the pullout bed had stains and cigarette burns and the room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke-free facility. Breakfast was included and basic but decent variety. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. So good value for the cost, discount was given for the awful smoke smell and staff was very polite.
