"We had a great day! The room was spotless and well equipped, the staff was kind and courteous, and the location is ideal to restaurants. The only thing to note, and I noticed it is temporary, but we booked an executive suite and we’re disappointed that we did not have access to the executive launch because it is under construction at this time. I do wish we had been informed of this when making our reservation. They did accommodate us and serve meals and snacks in a different room, but we were looking forward to enjoying the view and our time upstairs. We would definitely return on another trip despite that disappointment and are excited to see the improvements that they’ve made as a result of that Construction."

"Every employee I passed smiled at me, held a door, asked how I was, etc. Kiara was so cheerful and happy to get me checked in quickly. The decor was fun. The room was clean. And I got two free drink tokens at check-in! I’d definitely stay there again, and already referred a friend who will be in town soon."

"The tool was very clean, as well as the bathrooms. The view was decent from the 8th floor. My only small issue was the parking, which wasn't anything major. Just the parking garbage was down the street, only a 5 min walk but it's different in the rain ! Overall the I enjoyed my stay !! "
