Warm Welcome, But Stay Fell Short

The check-in experience was pleasant, and the front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. However, the room itself was disappointing. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the TV didn’t work during our stay. I tried calling reception for assistance but received no response. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, with only a few food items available for purchase. Unfortunately, these issues affected the overall comfort and experience.

I was exhausted, but the young lady at the desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Very refreshing, I left my watch and called, and another staff member within 10 minutes sent me a link where I could have my watch mailed to me. We live in a world where customer service is hard to come by, and its much appreciated
