The room was not as clean as I expected. It was also dinged up a bit and in need of cosmetic repairs. The shower is very narrow, I’m 5’3” and kept bumping my elbows against the product kit attached to the shower wall. The staff were very friendly. The bed and pillows were comfy.

We stayed here because we were going to the PNC music pavilion for a concert. This hotel is awesome! Gorgeous, lake view was so cool, beds so big and comfortable! Felt posh and comfortable. Huge tv too! Such great shopping and food nearby. Very happy with our stay.

Bathroom was dirty including dirty towels. This was the 2nd room..1st smelled like smoke. Area was boring nothing to do. The shops next to were half empty either for lease or being worked on. Staff was nice.

I loved the shower being clean and no paint all over everything! The toilet was clean, just thought the design of the room was odd. There was no counter space for the toiletries so that was an issue, especially for 2 people. The breakfast was not cooked well or either bad from the store. The croissants were small, hard and definitely going bad. There were not good like the double tree WS university location. The fruit was going bad, the eggs were slimy, and the potatoes were too mushy, not solid at all. I could have bought a better breakfast, which is what we did the second morning of being at this location. Thank God we stayed the extra night because I was sick all day from the breakfast and needed a long nap to reset my body.
