I was staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/SouthPark at Phillips Place, and I have to say the service has been outstanding, especially from Gabby at the front desk.
We arrived early yesterday and asked if early check-in was possible. Gabby immediately checked on it and told us she would do her best while the rooms were being cleaned. She was friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful from the start. My son and I decided to grab lunch nearby, and I accidentally left both my ID and credit card at the desk. When I called back, Gabby told me she had them safely with her and even offered to walk them over to the restaurant so we could pay. I’ve stayed in countless hotels, and that level of service is rare, especially at this price point.
She also managed to get our suite ready early, which was a huge help since we had arrived well before standard check-in. Throughout the stay, every interaction with the staff has been great, the area is beautiful, and breakfast has been solid. But Gabby in particular really stood out for going above and beyond.
Fantastic service, and truly appreciated.
