Flight got Canceled and I got rerouted. They should have said that I would get a refund because I did not go to my original destination. I had to go to a different airport which messed up my plans for pick up. I would like to know how I get refunded?
Baggage came really late...did not receive until 3 flights later
WiFi for Mac-safari did not work
There is no tv, radio or wireless hook up. Must bring own devices for entertainment. That was a real bummer for the fare I paid. Also, American Airlines allows passengers to bring their dogs onboard; too many animals riding on plane for me. While I like dogs, I do not want to sit by them on a plane.
AA is the best
Terminal 5 was very far from where was dropped off. My area was called "American" (LAX). I think I walked to another terminal.
You need to stop allowing carryon luggage on planes that can’t accommodate them I paid for my bag and 50 others got theirs handled for free - what’s that about!
