"I had to ask for my upgrade. The elevators are very small, barely fit 3 people. But when I asked for my upgrade it was given to me."

"The kitchen was clean and ready to use! The fridge was dirty. The bathtub was really gross i didn’t even use the shower because I didn’t want to. There were crumbs and a few stains in the carpet. The office chair had stains on it. Staff was helpful. Parking was good. The bed was really clean I can really appreciate that but everything else was kinda dirty."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the staff member didn’t even greet me or say hello, which immediately set a negative tone. When we went to our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes, there were hairs on the toilet seat, the sink was broken, and there was dust everywhere. It was clearly not cleaned properly. After we complained, they reluctantly agreed to change our room, but the staff seemed annoyed by the request. The second room was slightly better, but still far from acceptable. It was still dirty, and the sheets had an unpleasant odor, almost like urine. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

The room was cool & clean The staff was IMPECCABLE From Brook at front Desk to Cris helping with luggage & the Valet guys at check in Friday & luggage help with Lindsey Campbell at check out The restaurant area was clean & the gym was beautiful and clean as well I’d def stay here again ! "Hotel Saint Ceclia is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the South Congress Ave shopping and restaurant district in Austin. The property is adorned with old oaks and English ivy that makes the grounds, restaurant, bar, and pool area feel very secluded. Our pool side cabana (No.11) was neat as a pin, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The entire property has a 50s/60s cool vibe that isn’t contrived or pretentious. More like a throwback to Austin before Austin was discovered by the rest of the world. We relaxed, had some boozy cocktails, delicious meals, and a great time. Our new favorite Austin hotel."
