The rooms are very outdated. For the price we paid I would have expected a far nicer room. The room smelt musky, the carpet is old, the pillows have seen better days and the bed sank in the middle. We won’t stay here again.

Enjoyed the breakfast everyday! The staff were wonderful! All of them. But a special shout out to Diamond at the front desk. She made everyone feel so welcome at check in. Everything was great as usual. We’ve been staying here for the last four years. Only reason I gave a 4 on property was because 2 out of the three elevators were not working during our stay which made going up, and down, from our room a bit of a chore.

The room was clean, but drab and dated. Some furniture in the lounge was lightly damaged. Breakfast buffet was good. Front desk staff was nice, but I had to ask multiple times to get sofa bed linens delivered. One day they failed to clean the room because of a language glitch; another day they didn’t leave wash rags with the other bathroom linens. The room had an ironing board but no iron. Front entrance is awkward for dropping people off or pickup.

Gross

The room was filthy, old and dirty. Stains on beds and torn drapes. Restroom was so dirty. Toothpaste drip stains on cabinet. Hair on floor and in shower. We literally had to shower with flip flops on.
