"This hotel is now our favorite! We had such a great experience. A little bit of a rough start due to parking garage confusion, but Heidy was at the front and helped us figure everything out and then some. The breakfast, our amazing junior sweet, the staff, and the convenience of the metro were all top tier and we will absolutely be back!"

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff was 5 🌟. The hotel was in very good condition (clean, organized) despite 1 elevator being out of service. We were in town for a concert at the MGM and it was a short 7 minute drive (great 😊). The hotel did offer a free shuttle if needed (great 😊). The free parking was also a plus. The review is 4 ⭐️because there wasn't an ice machine on every floor and there was no clear signage showing where the machine was located. The water filter for faucet was missing, so water pressure higher than expected when faucet was turned out. Had loud neighbors but wasn't sure if they were in the hallway or next door (the room had an interconnecting door) because we could hear their conversations clearly. I would still recommend this hotel because it was clean, decent and had a great staff. Everyone I came in contact seemed nice."

"On my first trip to Washington, DC, almost 70 years ago, I stayed with my family at the Shoreham. This was my first time staying there since then, though I had attended several conferences there during the 45 years I lived in the DC area. I'm so glad I chose the Shoreham. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, lovely, and clean, with good lighting, lots of outlets, very nice, comfortable furniture, and terrific bathroom amenities. The water pressure in the shower was probably the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. The housekeeping staff did a great job. All this for a very reasonable price. And, though I really dislike "resort fees," this one actually included a credit at the bar that was enough to get me a light dinner one night. The Shoreham was a great hotel 70 years ago. It still is. And it is in a very convenient location, a block from a Metro station and just a block or two from a number of shops and restaurants. I recommend it highly."
