Hotel informed us at check in that they were losing water from 10pm-6am the next morning. By 7am, still no water. Told us that the city “just” told them about the service. But all other businesses on the block has door tags notifying businesses. One of our room had shower issues all weekend. Would not recommend this hotel or their staff.

Sabrina at the front desk was just wonderful! The first and last person I interacted with. She was my favorite part of the trip. Other than that, the hotel was ok. Nothing fancy. Great location if you like to walk (which we do) and the bar had fun drinks.

Sabrina went above and beyond making sure my weekend stay expectations were met. Had an early issue with water main on public street which affected room. Sabrina made other accommodations on site, including extra perks to justify water issue. The overnight stay in DC at the Hamilton was typically fine for us except the city had worked on a water main nearby supposedly from 10pm to 6am. The front desk informed us that the water would be off and had set out notice pamphlets. There was no water still at 7:30 in the morning as we were getting ready to leave. Definitely an inconvenience. A special shoutout for Kevin at the front desk who was calmly and methodically trying to deal with the guest complaint mayhem by himself.
