The restaurant was lovely, pizza was the best pizza I have had in the USA and the bed was so comfortable. Front desk staff could be focused more on customer satisfaction otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Convenient location and reasonable cost with exception of overnight parking. Advertised as $69.00 (already high) but in reality you will pay over $100.00 with fees, taxes, taxes on fees, valet tips, etc. for the “convenience”. Other than parking racket, the Hamilton Hotel was great! Some elevator pranksters, but it was New Years Eve so perhaps to be expected. No noise outside room in hallways or adjoining rooms so that was very welcome and appreciated.

House keeping was pretty basic, room was very , very dusty and house keepers were in & out, no vaccuming & no dusting. Front desk were polite and the lobby was cleaned well & smelt fresh always. Ate in the restaurant once, messed up my stomach, wouldn’t recommend. Stayed 11 days, not recommended for long stays, shorter stays better.

The hotel looks really good in pictures but when you arrive, you realize that is not the case. The lobby area was ok. The check in process was quick and easy. However, the hotel is outdated and needs to be refurbished. The bathroom was gross, it had mold and the towels looked more gray than white. The plumbing system not the best. One of my family members used the bathroom and they needed to call the front desk to get it plunged. In addition, they apparently had a big party downstairs and there were so many people there that you couldn’t even go up or down the elevator. Let’s not even mention that these party people were smoking weed in the rooms and we had to smell it everywhere. If you are going to have a party like this then you should be more considerate of people with families. The one thing I can say was amazing was the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel until the rooms are updated. As for myself and my family, we will not be returning to the Hamilton Hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice and in a good location. I stayed in New Year’s Eve, and the problem was there was a massive party in the ballroom. The people attending this party were stating in the hotel and were having parties in their rooms. They were loud and there was a smell of weed throughout the corridors all night. The people attending the party had no regard for any of the other guests and were being loud and obnoxious. The guests were going up and down the lifts meaning it took 15 minutes to get up to your room. I really did like the hotel, however, we should have been informed of this party and we would have stayed elsewhere. I understand it was New Year’s Eve and I’m all for celebration, but having to get up at 5:30 am in the morning meant I didn’t really get a good sleep.

Amazing staffs, they were really friendly and accommodating towards my needs. In terms of locations it was really great. Unfortunately the shower pressure was really weak, the toilet was not working properly and the internet kept disconnecting.
