The staff were great particularly the front deck. Richard who works in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor is amazing. We remember him from previous stays. He is unfailingly courteous kind and always looking to help his clients. Richard goes above and beyond his duties to be helpful. We were so happy that he was still here after our many stays at Embassy Suites.

The room was clean and spacious. Everyone cooperative and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was decent but not outstanding. Good location for going on Meteo downtown. I believe the hotel should install a security system in elevator to restrict access to key holders only.
