This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! My only minor piece of feedback is that there are only bagels for breakfast so maybe a few yogurts or other options would be amazing but this was a wonderful place to stay while I was visiting family and I hope to be back!

It is a quaint motel across the street from the beach. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The room is not very big but it has everything you need for a short stay. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a very nice motel for the money. The linens were fresh, we were able to control the heat in our room. Plus, no smoking is allowed in their rooms so there was no bad odor. Great location across from the beach and close to restaurants, etc.

Great little place for two days. I got first level full oceanfront room and it was perfect for 1-2 people. Front desk was very friendly checking in and the room was clean. Coffee and bagels in the morning are complimentary. Will definitely be back when working in the area again.

We had a very CLEAN room that had our bed facing the beach with a full view. Everything we needed for a one night getaway. Mini fridge and microwave. We were checked in by a very nice, super professional woman, and checked out by a super friendly man who wanted to be sure we had a good stay! Full beach view to Scarborough Beach is the best!
