"The walls are very thin you can hear every noise from the people above you if you’re on the first floor. The manager was not helpful and very rude when asking if we can move rooms due to all the noise from the upstairs neighbors."

"The front office needs some upgrading , but the room was upgraded and quite nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is a keurig coffee maker and refrigerator. No microwave, but there appeared to be a space for one. Parking was readily available and there was a food truck on site as well as several situated close by."

"I was looking for a hotel in San Luis Obispo. I did not realize that there is a hotel with the exact same name in Santa Maria. Why would a Santa Maria hotel come up when I am searching in San Luis Obispo? The properties are not owned by the same company. And the hotel in Santa Maria doess not give refunds, of course. I do not recomend."
