The room was clean and remodeled, we liked that. However, there were several things are not up to par. The AC leaked condensation all over my bag that was under it, since there is nowhere to put my suitcase. The temperature light for the AC is very bright at night. There is an exterior light outside where the bathroom window is and made it very bright in the bathroom and some into the main room. The tub spout is taking a lot of the water pressure. The coffee machine was not plugged in and no available sockets to plug in on the provided table and probably not safe around all those wires for the TV. Had to make coffee in the bathroom. Minor fixes can make the stay much more accommodating.

These folks did a wonderful job on the renovation of this old old two-story motel with no elevator. They thought of extremely modern ideas and fixtures. I was really impressed with their ideas about the room design. I found some of the workmanship to be pretty mediocre though. There are hooks that are already loose, lamps that don't work, the TV and the hookup is messy with tons of cords and the connection to the television was quite slow. There are seams in some of the paint and fixtures including flooring, just not all of the work was that great. There was one chair in the room and it was extremely heavy. There was no luggage holder and my largest complaint was that the hot water never really got that hot. The fixture in the shower is placed so high that if you're short, by the time the water gets to you, it's only lukewarm. Two two of the three dispensers in the shower were working. The conditioner seemed to be full but it would not come out. I also felt like there should be a dimmer in the bathroom as the light is just absolutely blinding. As for the temperature of the water, I even felt it right up close and it was barely 85° or so... A small microwave would be very helpful, but I liked the refrigerator very much. The bed was extremely comfortable but the pillows were just awful. They were flat rectangles and need to be completely replaced. I was glad that I brought my own pillow. I am hoping that they work on these things, but for work, I will definitely be staying here

Clean room. As a wheelchair user, I got their ADA room. It was wonderful! It’s honestly probably the best ADA hotel I’ve stayed at as far as accessibility in the room.

The check in stuff appears friendly and have offered us 2 bottles of free welcome soft drinks and they have cured our thirst. The room itself is clean and have fancy lights. We lived room 101 and it is closed to the busy road and a noisy restaurant next door. When I found the noise problem and I became unhappy because I recalled the check in stuff changed our room to 101 from 107?.

This was my first time booking a hotel, so naturally I was scared with all the horror stories I’ve heard, but I’m grateful everything went smoothly at this establishment. Checking in and checking out was easy because of how kind the staff was. The room was tidy and looked brand new/modern. There were a few dings and chips and the floor could use some mopping but that was easily overlooked because of how nice and functional the room was. Although the wifi was a bit slow, the tv came with streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, which I’ve never seen at any other hotel. On another note, my boyfriend and I couldn’t find much to do in the area so we had to drive to nearby towns for activities. I would also like to note that the surrounding area does look a bit sketchy (but nothing has happened during our stay) and you could hear sirens and people talking through the walls but if you don’t mind that then I definitely recommend checking out this place. Overall, the hotel itself was worth it and the room served its purpose, I would stay there again :)

The AC worked fine and the room, although small for a two-queen room was luxuriously appointed. It appeared to be virtually brand new in the overall finish quality and the furnishings. Nice contemporary decorating.

I have been exited to spend a night at the hotel. In the description it says that it is 2 bedrooms. It is not! It is one big room and one little room next to it with a sliding door. The door makes really loud noise when you try to move it and doesn’t close completely. Same for sliding door to bathroom . The worst part is: when you get out of the bed at night to go to the bathroom, the bright lights turn on, so my spouse wakes up. When I come back to the bed a few minutes later, the lights turn on again. So my spouse wake up again. And considering that there are 3 of us, there were no way to sleep at night. This hotel is the worst nightmare I could imagine. Stay away!

My sister & I were in Santa Maria for a 3 day workshop. We slept and showered at the hotel but were otherwise out. The room was small with 2 very comfortable queen beds leaving little space to move around. The room was newly renovated and clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Room was neat and clean. Good insulated window kept street noise out, so I had a nice quiet sleep. Front desk help very nice,friendly. Even offered a free soft drink out of his mini fridge, which I really appreciated after a long travel day. I would stay again.
