The bedding was clean, up to date and fresh looking. Good pillows! The towels are very small, thin, old and not at all soft feeling. They were horrible. Although the room was clean, the place is a bit dilapidated. Needs updating and freshening up. It smells old.

I am always willing to take a chance on a local owned hotel rather than a corporate chain. I wont even go into detail on the experience I had opening the door to the original room I was assigned, but it was disgusting.... enough said. I gave the staff a good review as they realized the mistake and quickly gave me another room. Unfortunately, that room, although cleaner had issues. Normally you hope for towels that will actually dry a body of an adult human. It is Normally also a given that the TV remote will work. None of those things happened and because the parking was so overpopulated, my personal towels were a block away. If you are looking for a quick place to do those things you don't want to do at home, this is a great choice. If not, pay the extra money and get a room at the Santa Maria Inn across the street

The first room was nice looking but it smelled so bad; it made me nauseous, therefore we had to go asked for another room. The second room didn’t smelled as bad, but it was so run down dirty and old. We take that over the stinky room though. Parking lot smelled like the sewer, and people were laying in the parking lot which made us uncomfortable. We will never stay here again $100 was expensive for what it was. The reviews that said it’s clean and safe are FAKE. Never been this disappointed in a motel and reviews before

There were at least 2 groups of guys (2-4 men) hanging in the parking lot. One group was just talking, the other was looking at a car’s engine. Next to the motel’s parking lot, I counted 3 different guys sleeping on the ground. The mattress was very soft.
