I was a little leary about staying here because of all the bad reviews. I was suprised. The hotel was conviently located to what we were doing (by the fairplex). It was clean, saw no spider, insects etc. The beds were pretty comfy. The showers were roomy. The staff at the front counter were pleasant and very quick at check in. I would stay here again for the event i will be attending next year. There was ample parking.

This motel seemed to be a popular place for transient and houseless guests and so was not suitable for our family trip. We actually ended our stay short to find other accommodations. Plus the room was very run down, damaged, dirty, no privacy curtains; there were people hanging out in the parking lot for hours that did not appear to be guests; it did not feel safe or private.
