Biggest problem was that they don't understand the meaning of different bed sizes. We booked a double queen room (which I thought meant there would be 2 queen sized beds). However, there was only one bed and due to it being late etc... we didn't notice it was just a full sized until we had already settled in. The next day, I told the staff and they said they could change us to a room with a queen bed and both rooms available that supposedly had queen beds were also only full sized. Also, when we checked in the first day, there was a large group of angry people in the lobby taking turns to yell at the front desk people demanding their money back (it seems their reservations also weren't as they were supposed to get). Then on our 2nd day in passing through the lobby, the front desk was trying to resolve another booking mistake for a different man who was supposed to have 2 beds and they were only giving him a room with one. All of the above were booking/mgmt mistakes, but the final one was the maid service where they did the basics, but left some obvious trash in the room.
