"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and professional. The property offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, because of its tourist-heavy location, the prices are extremely expensive. The hotel also has strict policies against bringing in outside food or drinks, which seems designed to encourage guests to purchase everything on-site. Unfortunately, the food and beverages did not justify the high prices. I would also advise guests to pay close attention to their pool bar tabs. I noticed inconsistencies in drink pricing, and it left me feeling concerned that prices may not always be applied consistently, especially when guests are enjoying themselves and may not be paying close attention. One thing to be aware of is that while the ocean views are beautiful, the beach itself is not really usable due to dangerous conditions. Overall, the hotel has excellent staff, gorgeous scenery, and a beautiful property, but the excessive pricing and beverage concerns took away from the experience."
