No hot water for shower in the morning. Staff was very nice. We tested hot water in sink upon arrival, it seemed hot. We found out in the morning room 103 only had cold shower. Staff told us on checkout that we paid for a room with hot shower, and the rate sure reflected it. Waiting. And waiting. To see if resort fee will be refunded. It's really N O T. O. K to charge a fee then not provide a hot shower.

We spent one night here. The hotel is lovely. It is located in a beautiful part of old town. The staff were welcoming. We stayed in a queen size room, on the 4th floor. There was no window in the room. It was nice and dark for sleeping. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was not a lot of closet space. It did not matter for us, since we there for the one night. The bathroom was a good size. We stayed here as we were going on a cruise the next day. There are quite a few shops right outside the hotel. It was fun to check them out. Would highly recommend Armas Hotel!

The staff was amazing. The location couldn’t be better. However, there were tiny things that would have helped make the room more enjoyable. For example, the shower didn’t have any place to put soap or a razor. So we kept opening the shower door to put our stuff on the sink instead of the floor. The room had no soundproofing and the streets were loud until after midnight. We had a balcony but it was shared and the doors to the balcony didn’t lock all the way. There was also only one trash can in the room in the bathroom, no luggage rack, and the bathroom wasn’t clean.
