The views are good if you stand on balcony and lean to see it, breakfast is good and that’s where it ends - balconies are tiny and we can’t even sit properly looking out to the views - you have to facing the buildings and not water; the rooms and hotel needs maintenance across the board - the floor were slippery all the time, the room had some noise as it was filtering water of the swimming pool or something- and it was on the 8th floor. PR is not a value play but expensive across the board - great to see once in a life time and I’m not sure I’ll make my way there ever again. So good luck to you all. It’s a beautiful if you just look at the landscape and sea! Rest is average at its best

The hotel didn’t have a shuttle, staff was rude, room service wasn’t available even after we requested service or towels, bathroom shower door had mold, didn’t close. No local tv stations, our stay was horrible!

The food was good,great location wish they had a shuttle to cruise ship. Security guard very nice forgot his name but he says he has worked there for awhile. Room bed need better linen and duvet or comforter with brighter colors.

The room was disgusting. Literally mud all over the floor our entire stay. They never came to clean the room and we had to go to the supply closet to get new towels. Bed only comes with one sheet and one thin blanket. Breakfast is just cereal and bagels. The view and location are nice. The parking wasn’t too expensive, but you do have like a 5 minute walk. Overall would not book again.

The room was a good size, the carpet was filthy. Had to wear shoes as this was totally filthy. Continental breakfast was poor at best. Consisted off a bagel, corn muffins, some fruit and a croissant. What was included was terrible.
