AC not working in room on arrival. Hotel room old and worn. Old mattress and pillows. Staff nice. Got AC working but air handler motor had very loud squeel on e they got it to work and this woke us up many times during the night. Ok area. Would not return here.

Bathtub faucet leaked, sink leaked, air had to be fixed, and the kitchen light didn’t work until they changed the bulbs,2 days after the request. The staff ignored our do not disturb sign and walked into the room. The ocean view was a lagoon view. This was the presidential suite.

The room was not clean and the carpet Was super dirty. We stayed there from Thursday and left on Sunday and no housekeeping ever knocked on our door to see if wanted clean towels nor to do the cleaning. Horrible service

Blankets are too thin. Limited pillows. Although the room is big. Staff member is less responsive. Breakfast at the hotel is extreme continental no protein, only cereal and bagels. Good if you just have a few days in, want to stay in a nice area cheap

They do not have enough personnel to clean the rooms and we had to request assistance several times and despite we stayed two weeks we only had the room done about three times… very poor service. The personnel is kind and respectful but they do not have employees to do the rooms.

Room service came in when they felt like it, when they did in all the 10 days we stayed at this hotel they barely changed our towels and made the bed, but the floors were dirty, I even found a dead cockroach on the carpet. We didn't know when to expect the room service, the last two nights we had to purchase our own toilet paper since they didn't refilled our rooms. Very disappointed since the hotel is very pricey.

Very poor maintenance. The bathroom had a leak from the ceiling over the toilet. Management was notified but never responded. We never got an extra blanket and pillow that we requested. The bathroom was not kept up. Breakfast was great.

Parking sucks even though the lot is next door the only way to get in to retrieve your car is through the lot and if you are parked on a higher level it is a lot. The hotel has a beautiful view , sunsets and rises are amazing . The shower wasn’t great, the AC was on blast and had to shut it off because it was too cold. Great little shops around, beaches are walking distance. A bunch of scooters and the green path will bring you to old San Juan . Overall the location of the hotel and the views makes it worth it , I felt safe and there was a lot of things to do and walk to , the vending machine had flying bugs inside but the drink one was good

Too much noise down below. We were on the 8th floor and music and singing sound like it was next door. Also, no milk in the morning for breakfast and only a 2-slice toaster with a really long line waiting. Otherwise, the rest was good.
