"The hotel itself was pretty nice. The rooms seems little old but the property itself is well maintained. The staff was very friendly especially to person who checked us in (Carlton). The hotel was also centrally located, so not far from the airport or tourists attractions. The only downside was there was a lot of homeless people in the area so we didn’t feel safe venturing out at night on foot."

"Love this hotel , staff were all really friendly n helpful . Rooms were super clean and beds were really comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing Hot water was so nice after a long day touring San Francisco. Location location location , near to bart station, cable car n took us like 20 mins to walk to Chinatown ."

"Parking was the only reason I didn’t rate this hotel higher. No valet, $80 for self parking in a building with very small spaces and narrow driving lanes. Could barely park a mid sized car. And the access to the parking structure is awkward on level 7 in a separate tower than check in."
