I was very surprised to see the additional $35.00 “convince fee” for all of the items I never used. When asking to have these removed since I did not use any the answer was a big NO! The rep even asked the manager! Also, parking fee $25.00 nightly was another shock! Seems a little like bait and switch to be honest. Hotel was nice bad disappointed for all these fees- it seems like you should just be honest and include these in the nightly fee. “Convenience fee”. Was not at all convenient for me!

Our keys did not work, had to drive back to the main building, given another room in the off site location, no heat, the temp was 40 degrees outside. Froze all night. No apologies, no sympathy. Beautiful view from our room. Staff was courteous, friendly. Convenient access to sanibel. No real beach.

We stayed at a suite (880) facing the bay which was an amazing view and balcony Positives: location - right before sanibel causeway , 2 pools, not many “rules and regs” like other resorts where you have to pay for lost towels, tip umbrella guys, etc - mini beach area was a bonus, very easy/ casual check in and service Things needing improvement- furniture/decor in rooms was worn/ old, bathroom although large size needs a fan and updating, had to ask for housekeeping
