EARLY DEPARTURES: Guests who depart the Resort earlier than scheduled will be charged a fee of one (1) night rate for the room category reserved. This fee will be assessed to the Company. Guests who depart two (2) or more nights earlier than

Sanibel is definitely not what it used to be…..

On the "up" side: The room was very nice....quiet, clean, comfortable bedding.....The hotel grounds/location was good. There were bike trails all around Sanibel. We enjoyed Mudbugs (cajan restaurant) and The Lighthouse Cafe nearby (great breakfast!) On the "down" side: The beach was not as full of shells as it was prior to last years' hurricanes. The No-See-Um population was a nightmare….still dealing with all of the “bites” I got while sitting out near the pool/tiki bar and later when in the parking lot loading our bikes onto our vehicle..... Sanibel was a bit of a "ghost" town....but at least there was no Red Tide going on during this visit...... Overall, I think we are "done" with Sanibel.....don't see much reason to return......

Beautifully updated rooms with great lighting amenities in all rooms. Excellent A/C and hot water, plenty of towels, coffee, and daily cleaning sevice. Mesh screen on porch as an absolute MUST due to the intense no-see-ums. Some still get through but the screen helps a LOT.

This is my 4th stay at the Sanibel Inn. I love the friendliness of the staff. I had a great update about the island from Ryan at the front desk. Leon was kind and thoughtful as he had my towel and umbrella ready for me at the beach. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I loved the new updates such as the motorized blinds and the lighting features. The kitchenette and bathroom were stunning. I cannot wait to come back to my second home!

it was our 23 anniversary and i wanted my wife to feel special, we stayed a few times at Sundial resort nearby, an upscale resort. we have never stayed at this resort. but the Inn was way less expansive and we had a group of 10 friends. We came here , the best decision. My wife and kids loved it. The property was all newly renovated rooms were all new , well decorated , the beach was steps away , i fished on the beach and caught a few fish. my kids loved the pool. the guy in front desk was very helpful and super friendly, he should get a raise. never going back to Sundial again. this is my new home.
