"We were very satisfied with the layout of the house. It accommodated all of us with adequate sleeping space, and was a very nice layout. We all loved the pool, and the open space behind the house. The golf course was no longer a course, but the area was mowed and allowed a nice area to go for walks and enjoy the out doors. The manager and owner were very attentive to all of our needs to fix a few light bulbs etc. and we loved the neighborhood. It was very quiet and more residential and it was easy to access groceries, golf courses, and beaches in the area."

"The house is large and very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the lanai, in the pool or on the canal. Very relaxing holiday in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very well stocked. No need to buy spices condiments or cleaning products"

"We stayed in Ruskin for 6 weeks in March and April 2024. Dustin, the owner, was great. Responded to any inquiry in an hour or two max. The property is just as it is described. Ruskin is kinda rural for the location. Only 30-45 mins from Tampa, St. Pete or Bradenton, but very quiet. Very dog friendly, only a couple of designated beaches that he couldnt go on. Great parks near by, nice pool at the house, very relaxing - we had a blast."
