"We came to Winter Haven because our daughter was competing in a wrestling tournament for the weekend. We were very happy to come back to the condo to rest and relax after a long day. The condo was very clean and accommodating for our needs."

"We had great time , house was clean and had an amazing view of the sunset while sitting at the pool every night. The only issue we had was with the tempature of the spa, it would not go above 90 degrees (bought a temp guage) and when we contacted host he stated it was at 100( via his app), and to contact the property manager if I was still having issues. When we reached out to property manager a pool guy came out and said the temp was set to 90 degrees, he then raised it to 104 and the spa was excellent for that night, the next day the temp was at 90 again , reached out to host again and he raised the temp to 100 degrees ( via the app) and it was good for a couple hours then went back to 90 for the rest of our stay.We paid for the spa to be heated and only got a few nights in the spa out of the week we stayed.Would stay there again if the spa wasn't an issue"

"We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The resort itself is great, with a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. A couple of small improvements could make the experience even better: providing more toilet paper, especially for larger groups, and including propane for the BBQ grill would be a nice added touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to others."
