"First, $74 dollars to self park!!! And they were not helpful or friendly. Told us to go down a long hall to the end for elevators and then we did. No elevators. Carrying 4 bags. No bell hop. No one to help at all. It was the worst bed I have ever slept on and paid a premium to do it! As a travel agent, I won ’t be recommending this place to my clients."
