The suite was great size, clean , nice views and comfortable. The pillows much too soft though. Drinks and food good. Amazing time at floor 34 revolving bar. The service throughout hotel was subpar. With the exception of valet dept, every single other employee we encountered in any area were surprisingly unfriendly and not helpful - front desk, bars, restaurant… it’s like everyone there hates their job or something. Definitely expected a better level of service from a hotel of this stature.
