My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, and overall, it was fine. Upon check-in, the lobby had infused water and each day was different! And coffee with creamer every morning! The first night, the A/C under the window smelled really bad, enough to keep me away until I fell asleep with my nose covered. There was also no facial tissue and no washcloths. I probably should have let the staff know in the morning, but we were in a hurry to get to the park, so I let them know about the A/C smell (not the other stuff) when we got back in the evening. Staff very graciously accommodated a move to another room, and it smelled MUCH better. There was facial tissue! And washcloths! That night when I slept, I smelled the same bad smell, just not as bad. Ended up leaving a menthol patch near my head to help get me to sleep. Worked great! In the morning, I discovered that there was no hair dryer! So I went with wet hair to the park that day. On the way back from the park, we stopped in lobby and asked for a hair dryer, which was promptly delivered. Up to that day, we didn’t need room service. The next morning, we saw a woman with the towel cart so I asked if I took off the door hanger, would they give us more towels? She said yes. That evening, we came back to the hotel - no washcloths, but lots of other towels. Overall, the staff were great and very accommodating, and the stay was fine, but the A/C’s in the rooms need to have maintenance to make sure that they smell better.
