The air conditioning stopped working while we were out- it was 90 degrees and the room was very hot when we returned. A worker did arrive within 20 minutes and fixed the unit but the same thing happened the next day. We had late check out but our key stopped working prior to our checkout time and we were locked out of the room in our bathing suits, had to go to the front desk for assistance. The pool is nice for young kids but no bathroom on site. You have to go to the main office or back to your room.

We had a great stay here. They even put balloons and a small basket of treats on my daughter’s bed to celebrate her birthday! We would stay here again in the future.

Nice Stay

Bathtub would not drain unless I removed the plug. Paint peeling from bathtub. A little difficult to maneuver if you are a solo traveler and have a mobility scooter. I had 3 deliveries. 2 were fine, one was not found until after I checked out and returned home. Per amazon package arrived day 1 of a 4 night stay. Most staff were friendly and kind. I had a missed call from a kind helpful staff member but when I called back the person I talked to was not kind or helpful. Luckily Amazon was helpful. Easy walk to Disneyland. Convenient that D and R mobility is in the same structure. Did not get a chance to try the Rooftop restaurant. Pool was a bit far from my room (currently disabled) so I only soaked in the tub. I am not an expert with mobility scooters so this may not be an issue for others.

While the proximity to Disneyland was very convenient, I would consider my stay in the future. It was very early in the morning and the housekeepers were being extremely loud outside my room. There was no way anyone was getting any rest with some much chattering and laughing going on outside at 7am. In general, the walls are super thin. We could hear everything going on outside. From other guest passing by, to luggage’s rolling, no way you can get a good rest here. I am very familiar to this area, and visit here often, i would rather stay in another hotel which may not be across from the parks but at least I know I will get a good rest.

Housekeeping was spotty in efficiency. We signed up for daily service, but it never happened. One day it was only garbage that was emptied, nothing for 2 days, then the following day, coffee cups were replenished, then on the 4th day, dirty towels were picked up (but not replenished). We then had to specifically ask for more washcloths, etc. That was fortunately supplied to us in a timely manner.
