Will most definitely stay again! I have a toddler and realized check-in was at 4 PM which is a bit late, he typically naps between 1-3. I contacted the hotel receptionist, and from the beginning, they let me know that there would be possibility of early check-in, unfortunately they were fully booked so I wasn’t able to check in as early as I would have wanted to but ultimately, I was still able to check in an hour and a half earlier, which worked out. The hotel staff was beyond helpful. The lobby was decorated and looked adorable! The room was clean and it’s very local to the parks.

The air conditioning stopped working while we were out- it was 90 degrees and the room was very hot when we returned. A worker did arrive within 20 minutes and fixed the unit but the same thing happened the next day. We had late check out but our key stopped working prior to our checkout time and we were locked out of the room in our bathing suits, had to go to the front desk for assistance. The pool is nice for young kids but no bathroom on site. You have to go to the main office or back to your room.
