Hotel itself is fine. It’s close to Disneyland which makes it convenient to walk over. The check-in process could be made better. I did check in about an hour early so the room wasn’t available and was told to check back in half hour. Half hour later the room was still not ready, told to check back in 20 minutes, guaranteed by 4pm. At 3:30 checked in again and told the same thing - check back in 20 minutes. Just before 4pm checked back again and was told to wait another half hour! At that point I was upset as I kept seeing other people get their room keys without the wait. They finally found a room after I complained about how many times I checked in and how long I waited.

The place was quiet. Curtains kept it dark to sleep. Bathroom very clean! Parking lot fairly easy to get in and out of. Very short distance to Disney. Mini shops in front of motel for random things from hair gel & tylenol to water & food. We did not drive, just walked to everything for 4 days

Just cheap room... basic everything... its about a motel 6 quality at ritz carlton pricing.... shower horrible, sink dont drain, air conditioner was worthless and noisy all night keeping you awake. Very loud outsider can hear everybody walking by your door... parks spots are horrible no room to even open your doors. They just cram you into this hotel knowing your gonna pay for being across the street from disneyland... if you have choice go elsewhere.

Upon arrive front desk attendant was nice , parking is inconvenient . Once we got to the room it was dirty and had bugs , I called down to let staff know they sent maintenance and said it was cockroaches ! So I asked to move they refused and the manager Rosa was very rude ! She told me I could just leave if I didn’t want that room , after driving 2 hours . Luckily I was able to contact to help me book elsewhere. But never again will I try to stay here with the terrible customer service from the manager . She also refused to give me my receipt stating my refund & when Expedia called her she was rude with them as well . I definitely do NOT recommend this place ever . I also have pictures and videos of these bugs & roaches
