Good: -Room and bath were clean. -Starbucks is convenient and takes pmt through your app/card -Convenient / Close to our destination. -Team members were helpful with directions and transportation information Not Great: -Had to wait 40 min past check in time for our room when we had checked in early and were told they would text us at 4pm with our room number. -Restaurants/dining (most) in the hotel were closed at 7pm on a Sunday - leaving only a market cafe with $18 turkey sandwiches and $6 mini bags of chips as our option without leaving the hotel. Tried to find room service but there were no options for it on the hotel website or in the room.

So I have no problem with the staff or the actual hotel. That part of our stay was very nice. My problem was that we reserved a King bedroom with a balcony at the Hilton, and when we arrived, they informed us they had overbooked and were putting us up in another hotel. It turns out we were put up a hotel and room that were not even close to the same quality. There was nothing wrong with the other hotel, and it would have been fine if we had planned to go to Disneyland, but we were staying for our anniversary with plans to enjoy the wonderful pool area and relax in our room. On the 2nd day, we had to check out of our room by 11am and transfer back to the Hilton, with no guarantee that a room would be ready for us until the afternoon. They did have a room ready, so that was nice. I found it funny when they claimed they would waive the early check-in fee as if we had not arrived the day before, and they were the ones forcing us to shuffle around constantly during our stay. The thing that hurt the most was that they constantly acted like there was nothing wrong with how we were treated. When I brought this up, they spoke with someone (I assume a manager) in the back and informed me that they had decided to cover one night of my parking as an apology. It is not that I need or expect some form of monetary compensation, but I am still appalled that they continue to act like they did nothing wrong, and it is my fault for even bringing it up. We will not be going back.

The room was clean and that was great. We arrived late and realized we forgot our conditioner so had to use the hotels but the ones they had available had no conditioner in it. We requested and was not taken to room or changed out. I also just don’t like the fact the hotels charge for parking.
