Drinks at the pool with Gustavo and the crew were the best. Only negative was some of the restaurants were fully booked by 10AM. I think privilege guests were able to book earlier and they would fill up. But the food we had was good and it was very clean.

Not the best not the worst, the property for being 20 years old is super run down. I was thinking it was over 30 years old. Thanksgiving food was awesome but the other days it was hard to get a good bite to eat. Staff was nice, we did receive our free upgrade as well but they should really update some areas and consider different food options.

It was a great experience all the way around, the staff is awesome with the best service I could’ve asked, the guys at the bar Alex, Gonzalo, and Mario also Jorge from Los Girasoles restaurant and Victor from the morning, breakfast buffet, I didn’t get the name of the housekeeping, lady, but she always went the extra mile to make sure our room was immaculate, clean and stacked up with everything needed, and she was adapting to flexible schedule to come and do the room, even after she had already passed by and we were inside resting, for sure we’ll be going back next year and it’s highly recommended.

The breakfast was terrible for the most part. Most of the restaurants were lackluster or straight terrible like Route 66 where u had to pay for certain food on the menu. Or the marina Brazilian restaurant where we were served under cooked chicken.when we brought it to the server attention he said he would fix it but he did nothing and left the food on our table. The drinks were watered down and tasted like syrup. They had raccoons all over the hotel sometimes even fighting each other

For the most part everything was great. Our rooms was very nice, except there was construction going on which meant there was no direct route from our room to the lobby. This meant we had to walk pretty far to get anywhere, but I guess we got our steps in. The restaurants we went to were all good, but the reservation website is terrible. It would really help if there was a queuing system instead of getting through the process for reserve a table only to get booted out and having to start all over again. We had a great time at the pool and the pool bar staff were excellent. Especially Gustavo who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Overall the entire staff were very friendly and would always greet us with a smile. We weren't too keen on the timeshare sell push, but that was only a minor annoyance. We would definitely stay here again .

1.) Website says shuttle service to and from airport is free with 3+ night stay but does not disclose that you have to book directly through the site and not through a third party like Expedia to be eligible for this. So we had an extremely stressful experience trying to arrange transport to and from the resort. And the hotel staff was not understanding or forgiving about this when we asked about it nor did they offer to compensate us for the inconvenience. Also, no one answered the phone when we tried to call on any occasion. I called well over 10 times on several different occasions including and especially the transportation situation and no one ever answered, making it impossible to get help, which delayed us checking in by hours. 2.) It was nearly impossible to book a desirable restaurant as they booked up so quickly every day (although the restaurants did have very good food I will add). Also, we had to ask for waters to be brought to our room daily rather than being automatically refilled as part of daily room service. 3.) The room we originally booked for an ocean view wasn’t available and we were moved to a different area that made all of the walks to the bars and restaurants a lot further and were not warned about this. 4.) The balcony jacuzzi was filthy and had hair in the jets. This was a complete turnaround from our stay in 2019 at this resort, which was very pleasant that time around. However, not so much this time around.

The room was amazing. Very clean. Our sink was plugged the one day but they came up within 15 minutes and fixed it and apologized multiple times. The concierge called multiple times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They even decorated our room for our daughter's birthday. All staff are very very friendly. Food was great . Pools are amazing. Kids club was great for the kids. Shows were unbelievable!!!! Huge shout out to Bernice the concierge. She was fabulous and professional. And it does not matter if your a are privilege or not you get the same treatment. We will be back . The best stay we've ever had. All the staff made us feel like royalty !!!!

The food at the resort is sub par. The rooms are tired and don't even have space for more than 2 people to sit (when the room has 2 beds; capacity for 4). This resort is highly overrated. Restaurants don't serve what's on the menu (wasn't ready). Was told something would be brought to the room for our daughter's birthday. Nothing came. Why promise something when youbhad no intention of following through. Your free shuttle (to Playa) to a hard sale jewelry place should not be directed to a minor!! By the time our ride came an hour later she was scared and didnt want to go to Playa. With only 1 other restaurant to go to for lunch (without reservations) other than the lacking buffet it was a long time between breakfast and dinner when there is nothing open between 4-6pm. Buffet has warm meat and cheese options, salad bar with no dressing unless you want oil. Many plates were empty and when refreshed emptied immediately. Grown adults pushing our child out of line to grab food. Toasters didn't work for any of the bread products. A few scuffles there.
