Very courteous staff. Clean room. We forgot a Kindle in the room; luckily they had cleaned the room shortly after we checked out. They called us immediately and we were able to backtrack to pick it up. Very much appreciated!

After a very stressful situation caused by a severe snowstorm and highway closure, this hotel truly saved us. We were traveling with our children, arrived late and exhausted, and were able to find a room quickly. The staff was kind, efficient, and very welcoming, which made an enormous difference after such a difficult day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet, exactly what our family needed. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism and kindness we received here. This hotel provided comfort, safety, and peace of mind when we needed it the most. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

We did not receive the room we booked. We booked a king suite with a hot tub and were instead given the suite with two double beds. The night clerk was busy bottle feeding a puppy and did not bother to tell us. Wenot given the room that we picked.

Locks removed from ground floor bedroom windows; windows and emergency exit door propped open for vagrants to enter that frequent the area due to the truck stop next door. Industrial part of town. Carpets and tile filthy with stains. Property and surrounding area smells like raw sewage. It appears there are permanent low-income residents living in hotel. Hotel rooms are NOT AT ALL as advertised- dark and dingy rooms look like they haven’t been remodeled in more than 15 years. They look NOTHING like the pictures advertised on website. Inside the hotel smells like cigarettes - Even the non-smoking rooms smell like it. The onsite restaurant advertised does not exist. It has an entrance with a big sign but inside is a gift shop with some casino games. On the plus side, staff was nice when you could find them and there didn’t appear to be any bedbugs. We got in late and reservation was paid for in advance so we checked in hoping to give this run down hotel a chance. Would emphatically not recommend staying here.

The woman at the front desk that checked us in was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and was clean except for the coach. There was glitter and transparent white stains on the coach. Other than the coach but bathroom was clean and stocked with lots of towels and the beds were good. Very little light in the room. Two ceiling lights were out. When we checked in we informed the front desk woman that we would be checking out late if possible. For $50 we could check out at 2 and we were happy. However communication must have not been relayed to the housekeeping. Housekeeping argued with us about late check out at 11 and then again at 12. We told her we paid for late check out and she got upset and said she was going to talk to the front desk. The whole point for us to do late check out was so we could sleep in after a long New Year’s Eve night and the argumentative housekeeping kept interrupting our rest. Also note we did have the do not disturb sign up. For the right price we might stay again.
