Outside of a server in Hanna’s Sat 8/23, everyone was very nice and helpful. My partner and I inquired about service around 10ish and she could have cared less. We went to J Paul’s (steak house) & sat at the bar. Bartender was very accommodating.

I like that the hotel had a shuttle and I could get a room with a balcony. They also had a pool and a hot tub. The gift shop had items you may need as well as cold beer and the restaurant was adequate. The location is walkable to many other casinos And points of interest however I was due for an upgrade and I did not receive it. I requested a late check out. I did not receive it twice in the past 30 days so I’m not sure I would stay again.

Denina, the front desk lady was incredibly rude. Told me to have a terrible day and gave attitude from the very beginning. Appalled she’s even customer facing with that lack of her customer service skills. I cannot believe this is the level of professionalism allowed by management here. This hotel is new, but it lacks some essentials you’d expect at the price point. There’s no room service, and that wasn’t disclosed anywhere. The buffet is in a very small room with most items already out of stock, and overall the property feels more like it’s still in a trial phase. For premium casino rates, the experience doesn’t yet measure up.
