The room was clean (could be updated). For the price good value. Staff excellent. Close to buses to visit Malacon etc. Pool and grounds well maintained. Food is good, but lots of restaurants close by as well.

First off the food was horrible, we actually stayed there 7 years ago the food ws good then but they have made cut backs and its a disaster. They made us pay 600 pesos becuae we lost our room key on the beach, and at 11:30 at night made us move to another room, and it was quite far away, and no staff even helped us. Last time we were there, thay had great entertainment at night in the form of some great musicians, this time the music was so bad we actuuly left the premises. Once again, another cut back. Ryding their coat tails. Obviously, we would NEVER go back there, the place is sickening, my job now is to get the word out there as best I can, to safe people for not getting ripped ogg completey as we were!

The pool area and the grounds are very nice. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is only OKAY…. Too much of the same foods. Either bland or too spicy. They served pasta with no cheese and Mexican food at every meal. We ended up eating dinner out a lot of nights. The rooms are dated, which is fine but ours smelled very musty.

Over all I had a good experience, the staff were really good, the food options were good. The only negative experience was related to the rooms. The room where I stayed was very outdated and the bathroom was not in a great condition.

The "Mexican Charm" in the hotel name is accurate and we enjoyed it very much. Good location close to beach, nice room with comfy beds and pillows. Super-friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Close to some activities, shopping and only a short cab ride to Malecon (boardwalk). Very friendly staff, great buffet and clean throughout. Would recommend a stay here to anyone. Beautiful Country.

I was here with my 8,12, and 20 year old children. The price was way lower than any other all-inclusive in PV, so this isn't a luxury place but a really good value. My kids loved it; outstanding service in the restaurant and at the pool. The only downside was on the last day; we had a late afternoon flight and they wanted to charge us $70/person to go sit by the pool after checkout which left a sour taste in my mouth.

The room was very nice. I had a hard time getting hot water from the shower but i figured it out. The staff was very nice snd friendly to me. I do wish the snack bar had tacos but the hotdogs were good. The buffet food was either too spicy or kindof bland for me. One of the fish dishes i tried tasted like dirty aquarium. Both times I tried it but my friends really liked thr buffet. I do recommend this place for the cost and location it was very good.
