Location is great. Rooms are clean. Food was excellent. Not expected was the bonus gift of special meals. They were excellent. One thing that could be improved on. Pool lounging chairs and tables are claimed (for the day) by some guests early in the morning. They claim them by putting their beach towels on the chairs, even though they are not there formuch of the day. This results in a shortage for all the other guests.

The staff were very polite and courteous. Everything at the resort was clean. The buffet was 6/10, the hot table each day/night was great. Fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice in the morning was fantastic. Great location, on the beach and close to all amenities. Live music every night. Would stay here again!

Staff was great, however everyday there was construction (extremely loud drilling/pounding) directly above our room. We would come in to escape afternoon heat and the noise was unbearable four of four days. We called front desk and got different responses each time?! However the location is great. Room was outdated and old and I think they have swamp coolers and not real air conditioning. It was okay with only the sheet and curtains drawn. Food was bland and same thing everyday but drinks were good if you ask for doubles and even after all that it was extremely inexpensive and probably will stay again but eat out much more and also ask to be moved next time if noisy. Again love the location and drinks and PV! It was beautiful and venders weren’t as pushy as Cancun!

There were a lot of rules: wristband must be worn at all times; penalty for lost wristband; penalty for lost towel card; no outside friends/visitors allowed on property; one free “à la carte” meal but as soon as I made my reservation I was quickly reminded by the concierge not to be late for the meal. No joy. It felt like going back to middle school and not like a vacation. What part of this was fun? I’ll never go back. Furthermore, for the price I paid for an all-inclusive package (roughly USD 450/night) there should not be “tip jars” everywhere I turned. Even at the buffet, tips were requested; the towel guy had a tip jar; housekeeping wanted a tip; the bartender wanted a tip; the waiter who brought my beer to the pool; etc. Please pay your staff better or figure out how I can simply add a daily tip to my room bill; I don’t want to be hit up for a tip everywhere at an all-inclusive resort!

Our room looked out at the water from the back. We were there for 2 weeks. The room was. It the highlight of our trip. The food and staff and pools, beach are all amazing. The room was tight with two double beds. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the pools and beach.

The beds were Rick hard and the linen had tiny balls making it rough to sleep on. The food was terrible. Very disorganized staff on beach ie getting a lounger or umbrella. Front seat is a mess. Disorganized. Pool is always in the shade. I would never go back.

Had ground suite and husband i wheelchair and worked out fine except room to small with dresser for w/c to get by tobathroom so had to move furniture to allow chair to pass end of beds and one elevator was broken frequently to upper floors

Second visit... great location, friendly staff. Great variability in condition of rooms, some in our group had beautiful and spacious recently remodeled rooms, other had smaller more basic rooms. Guacamole should be included as part of the all inclusive meal/drink package... Some elevator challenges most of our stay.

I’ve been going to this hotel for the past 7 years & like it very much. This year I decided to splurge & pay an additional $100 for an ocean view room—won’t do that again—the view was almost completely obstructed by their thatched restaurant building.

The room was not as described! Small, very out dated, only lighting was 2 night stand wall fixtures, no water pressure, no windows, loud, non-accommodating, lacks customer service, and basically left us feeling like we were completely scammed with our reservation!!! Horrible experience and we will never stay at this hotel again. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights.

The staff was awesome especially “Ricky” Ricardo. The food was good. Great choices, especially the order chefs. The room needed updating but it was comfortable and clean. We would come back and pick a different room.

All of the staff were so attentive, kind and just lovely to interact with the whole week. Food was always an amazing selection with our all-inclusive package. Alfredo went above and beyond in dinner service for me and my friend every night, we were so happy to always have him as our server. The rooms aren’t anything modern or luxury but does the trick for sleeping! I appreciated the patio space when I need a quieter space. The superior rooms come with a huge patio with loungers and facing the sun.
