I traveled from San Francisco, California for a girl's trip with my sister. We can a great experience at Los Arcos. The check in process was seamless. We arrived a couple hours before check in and within an hour our room was ready. The front desk worker spoke perfect english and spanish. Location wise it is great for walking around and checking out different restaurants. We wanted to explore local restaurants, so we opted out of the all-inclusive option. we felt very safe walking at night by ourselves. The room itself was great, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and shower was nice. For my first trip to Mexico this was a great experience. i would definitely recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone. TIP: we used grey line transportation to get to and from the airport- they were great. 10/10

Beautiful boutique hotel w lots of charm. Fun live entertainment; authentic Mexican dance performances, violin playing (talented performers) music at the pool & even filled the pool w balloons- everyone really enjoyed that! Overall good vibes. Super shoutout to Alejandro who managed the orders at the pool. He’s incredible! Housekeeping did a fab job! Loved our room (148) superior suite large size well decorated w a wrap around balcony overlooking the street (great for people watching!)Prime walkable location. Suggestions: WiFi was weak in our room except in bathroom - should strengthen that. Skip the all inclusive imo not worth it but tasty (limited) poolside/beach menu. You’re surrounded by amazing food - go to Pancho Tako’s across the street. Coffee at B for Bros. Thank me later. I would stay again when visiting PV. Mucha Gracias Los Arcos!

I will say that our room was amazing the second night until our end of our stay. However, the first night we stayed there we were given a room with low standards, the room had a strong mold snell that penetrated even our clothes. We didn't feel it was safe for our health, that is why we asked to be moved. We would stay here again but only in the newly upgraded rooms.

Unfortunately, the power went out the first evening and it affected the AC, which is, I just didn't work for another 24bhours. The front desk woman was somewhat unresponsive and rude when I inquired about a fan and the AC. Otherwise staff is very friendly The place is a little dated, but still okay.And the location is great

Awesome location for a first trip in PV, right where loungeable beaches, boardwalk, local shopping & dining meet. Friendly staff who are ready to help. Being vegetarian, I particularly enjoy the breakfast options: chilaquiles, nopales, potatos cooked in multiple delicious ways, conchas, even good old oatmeal, eggs and pancakes made your way. The facilities are a little bit dated but everything else makes up for it. Because of its location, it can get noisy, but not in an annoying way. Live music typically stops by 10pm. Since the dining room is right on the beach, you will be approached by a non-stop stream of street vendors if your table is on the edge. I don’t mind as they’re just hardworking people trying to make a living and they are not aggressive in their approach.

The property is in a perfect location with access to a beautiful sandy beach. The hotel is in the Romantic zone with everything you need steps away. Shops, cafes, churches, parks and the Malecon which is a great way to spend the evening taking a walk along the lively boardwalk. The only negative was the hotels strict enforcement of wearing their bracelet even if not paying for all inclusive. They have certain staff watching you and rudely escorting you to front desk to verify. The wait staff though is excellent and friendly.

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 stars as listed. It is very noisy, does not offer lotion not conditioner in the bathroom. The rooms barebones and the mattress very hard.i was told that this hotel does not offer any rooms with a king bed that has any kind of view… Very conveniently located in the heart of the Zona Romantica where you can walk just about anywhere and it has its own private beach a big plus. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, things just felt off. The hotel conditions were below average — definitely not what you’d expect for the price. The staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even more frustrating. The so-called “all-inclusive” package was anything but. We kept running into unexpected charges, and it felt like more of a gimmick than a perk. To top it off, our room keys kept deactivating, and since we were on the fourth floor with a broken elevator, we had to keep going up and down the stairs just to get help at the front desk. The entertainment was a complete letdown. Instead of a proper sound system or live performances, they played music from a Bluetooth speaker that kept cutting out. When I tried to play some music that others around me were actually enjoying, I was told I couldn’t. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. I was expecting a relaxing, fun vacation — instead, I left frustrated and let down. Definitely won’t be returning.
