The space
D'Terrace Penthouse is a two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse in the Romantic Zone. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the living room onto the balcony. The open Italian kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a coffee maker, a blender and a toaster.

The balcony
The large corner balcony has sun loungers and an outdoor dining table, with views of the ocean, the mountains, the city and Los Muertos Pier.
