Deneissa delivered phenomenal guest service with warmth and efficiency. In the restaurant, Susan and Nakia provided fresh meals, pleasant smiles, and consistent courtesy. Housekeepers Lotoya and Cordell went above and beyond with daily fresh linen and laundry assistance. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a fresh scent and stylish décor. Security protocols are strict yet reasonable, giving guests freedom with safety. The District 5 bartender (Asian features) was polite, respectful, and attentive. A special commendation to Monique Gossop, whose hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills set the tone for the entire property.
