Room was good size and bed was comfortable. We like the little kitchenette with full sized fridge, microwave and cooktop which enabled us to make some meals so we weren't eating out all the time. The rooftop pool is fairly small but was a lovely area to relax and hang out. The only complaints were the water pressure was not good, and there was a high pitched, squealing type sound that could be heard in our room whenever people were using the water. We eventually got used to this, but I would recommend ear plugs for a good night sleep.

The property was good. The location is great. Right in the middle of everything so you can walk anywhere. Awesome coffee shop right across the street. The problem is with the room. Terrible AC. It took more than 24 hrs for the room to get cool. NOT COLD… just cool. The bed was HARD as a rock !! The Sewer smell was terrible. Had to buy room spray just to be in it. There was little water pressure to none. They evidently have to ration the toilet paper. We had to go look for some twice. We did encounter a naked drunk man on our floor at 8am. My wife kept me from throwing him over the railing since he was peeing on the elevator doors. I would not recommend this property to ANYONE I know. Or even that I don’t know.

Description of hotel says 2 pools there is only one there’s a jacuzzi but not heated The room could use some work and the water pressure sucks. Beyond that it’s close to 5th avenue and a great pizza place across the street

The hotel staff were excellent, very attentive and professional. The pool was large and head excellent lounge furniture around it as well as hammock. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate, the pool was gorgeous. The kitchenette had everything you needed. Including a coffee pot, toaster, utensils, cutting boards, and plates, cups, wine glasses etc. The fantastic Mega Soriana is only 4 blocks away with absolutelybl everything you could ever want or need! There were no dishcloths, or face cloths, however. Across the street is a delicious wood fired pizza place, great people there, too! Loved it all, even with all the crazy construction and school near by!

Personal con sentido de resolución NULO, hormigas en la cama, limpieza pobre, “limpiaban” y al día siguiente de nuevo hormigas, ni siquiera nos cambiaron de habitación que porque no había disponibles, y los de recepción solo decían que ellos trabajaban para el edificio y no hicieron NADA.

Not a bad place to stay for the price but dont book it if you want to sleep in/relax as there are rooftop renovations happening which start around 8am and the walls are paper thin so you can hear people having sex and every time they move in the room above you
