Everything about it was more than what I expected except that beds are extra firm. Oscar made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He said that rooms with balcony facing the street were noisy so we decided to keep the room he assigned us initially. Daily room service is efficient. Also, it was a great value for the rate we paid. I appreciate everyone’s great service and likely will return. Beach is gone by erosion. Not their fault at all, though. But you can go to playacar for awesome beaches.

The installation is really good, however they will charge extra for parking and they will charge an extra cleaning fee; it’s not too expensive just be careful with the towels. Keep that in mind :)
