"Avoid the breakfast buffet, it was a disappointment. The pancakes were rubbery , stale and dry, bacon was like jerky and flavorless. For the price, the pancakes should be made fresh to order. Do not recommend, it's Long Island, go to a cafe or diner for breakfast. "

"The room was a nice size with comfortable beds. Shower was very easy to use. However, the room was not clean and the airport shuttle was not available as promised due to them not taking reservations and assuring that people could make their flights on time. We had to use Uber and staff didn’t seem to care. Also phone in room not really operational which could be a safety hazard."

"The breakfast was very basic. I only had breakfast 1 day out of the 5 days I stayed. I didn’t feel it was worth $16. The staff on the other hand was excellent. Everyone I can in contact with was very friendly and helpful. "

"First the price was too high for the location, second it was a $75 cash fee for early check in and no receipt,then you had to ask for extra linens. Microwave was located in the hallway and was dirty,no ice machine on the level where your room was.The pillows were flat as a pancake."
