I actually regret staying at this hotel. The staff aren't friendly or helpful. There's are never at the desk when you need them or answer the phone when calling. I forgot a pair of trousers there and called to ask them to put it aside so I could collect them. When I finally got through I was put on hold, only to be cut off. When I got back to NY a few days later I went there, and the receptionist told me I left nothing in the room, which I was absolutely sure I did. The energy was more like trying to get rid of me instead of trying to solve the issue so I left.
