I was given a very hard time to check in because we booked the hotel using my email but my husband’s name he couldn’t make it because he was sick. Room was clean but sparse, front desk staff were good. I did not like that the woman behind the food counter totally ignored me (as the guest that had booked the room) and spoke only to my Portuguese boyfriend in Spanish. Just rude. Totally ignored me. Plus it took you over 17 days to send me back the item of clothing we had forgotten there. Inefficient. Really poor standards of customer care on both fronts.
