The carpets are DIRTY. The carpets could use a good shampoo. There is water damage everywhere. The area where you have to wait for the vallet to bring your car is unbelievably unkept. The poor vallet drivers must be so cold. Take care of your employees and staff, they are your biggest investment. Pay your cleaners more so they are motivated to clean better. The hotel needs a lot of work. Also the vallet system of getting down from the car while holding traffic is nerve wracking. "

"Pool is scary I needed 2 room changes because it was dirty and found roaches in the second one. Adressed it with front desk. He was stellar and helped me out and took care of my stay as well. Not bad! But pool is scary. It’s an older place not bad for a quick stay"
