I went to the lobby in the middle of the night for some spare blankets, which they happily gave me, they have luggage carts around to help bring all your bags to the room, very good location for going out to bars and restaurants and a convention at the Baird Center...we had a great time and would stay here again! They also give you free drinks at the bar, and there are lots of elevators, so you don't have to wait long. Convenient parking garage access too"
